Effective Date: July 20, 2026. These Terms govern all software engineering contracts, SLA commitments, and bidding qualifications for Chandraja Infotech.
All design, development, systems integration, and engineering services rendered by Chandraja Infotech are governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and formal tenders. The terms of this website are descriptive and do not supersede signed legal contracts.
For high-availability government portals and enterprise ERP solutions, we commit to dedicated SLAs (e.g. 99.9% network uptime, specific response thresholds for technical errors). SLA violations, monitoring metrics, and credit allowances are detailed inside SOW contract parameters.
Unless explicitly written otherwise in a signed SOW, all custom application modules, databases, and assets designed specifically for a client will be assigned to that client upon final payment. Chandraja Infotech retains ownership of its pre-existing library frameworks, core utility tools, and foundational packages utilized in project assemblies.
Chandraja Infotech shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenues or system downtime, resulting from hosting provider failures or client database mismanagement. Our total liability under any contract is capped at the sum paid by the client for the specific service module during the preceding 12-month period.
Any disputes arising under these terms or associated service contracts will be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Tamil Nadu, India, unless specific federal arbitration terms are explicitly outlined inside government tenders.
